What can I have digitised?

We can digitise a wide range of media formats including VHS, VHS-C, Mini DV, Hi8, Video8, Digital8, Betamax, Super 8mm cine film, Standard 8mm, 9.5mm, 16mm, photos, slides, negatives, photo albums, audio cassettes, reel-to-reel tapes, and more. How are digital memories stored?

You have four options for receiving your digitised memories: Cloud Album (store your digitised media online and access it anytime from any device), Premium USB (packaged in a gift box, perfect for giving as a gift), Classic USB (a portable option for carrying your media), and DVDs (play your memories on a DVD player or computer).

How do you keep my media safe?

Your media is protected at every step. We send a crush-proof Memory Box designed to keep your items safe. Shipping is handled by a secure courier (DPD) — the same service used to carry passports nationwide. Every box gets QR tracking so you can follow it in real time. And all digitisation is done in our own specialist labs, never outsourced.

I'm not sure what's on my media. Should I still put them in my Memory Box?

Absolutely! Send us everything and we'll digitise it all. If it turns out to be blank, we will refund you for that item.

Can you digitise media in bad condition?

Yes. Our restoration team inspects and repairs every item before digitisation, at no extra charge. We handle mouldy tapes, damaged film reels, and degraded cassettes as part of our standard process. In the rare case that we can't transfer an item, we'll refund you for it.

How long do I wait?

Standard processing takes 8–9 weeks from when we receive your media. If you need your memories sooner, rush processing is available. The exact turnaround depends on factors like the quantity of items, the condition of your media, and current demand. You'll receive live status updates throughout the entire process.

Can I watch on TV as well?

Yes! If you have a smart TV, you can plug in your USB or stream directly from your Cloud Album. For older TVs, you can connect a laptop via an HDMI cable to play your digitised memories on the big screen.
